Find energy-saving opportunities
The Energy Resource Hub is a free service that connects homeowners, renters, and businesses in the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County with rebates and incentives. We find ways to reduce the use of energy and water, and lower the cost of heat pumps, insulation, electric appliances, and much more. Get started by contacting our team.
Incentives are complicated.
We are here to help.
Federal, local, and utility incentives make energy efficiency improvements more affordable. But finding the right rebate, incentive, or tax credit for your specific situation is often a challenge. Whether you’re looking to lower energy bills, improve home comfort, or reduce your environmental impact, our Energy Navigators are here to help. The Energy Resource Hub is funded by the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County in partnership with area nonprofits, Local Energy Alliance Program (LEAP) and the Community Climate Collaborative (C3).

Our Services

Our lighting upgrade has cut our electric cost in our sign shop by over 25%. But more importantly, with the proper color, temperature and brightness of the lighting, we’re able to more accurately color match our signs and banners, which has eliminated the cost of rework and allowed us to deliver on projects faster.”Sir Speedy Signs
